Theatre Workout Ltd was established in March 2006 by Adam Milford, a professional actor, theatre practitioner and director, employing a diverse pool of actors, practitioners, singers, dancers and directors to offer you many exclusive and far-reaching theatre programmes.
Our training is based on theatre and acting techniques used in drama school training and the professional theatre industry, tailored by us to help you in your daily working life. Delivered by professional actors and performers, our creative techniques have been proven to significantly increase confidence, creative thinking and performance, with the ability help you to communicate and express your ideas, thoughts and feelings with clarity and imagination.
As our foundations lie in theatre and performance, we naturally expect all our clients to fully engage and participate actively in our programmes to fully realise the benefit of our unique style of working. Plus, our techniques are great fun for all!
We do not use power-point presentations or talk at you at length about how important it is to…whatever! We believe in getting up and doing it, taking part and getting involved, interacting and experiencing for yourself what theatre has to offer you.
